Chief Operating Officer
Shawn Willard has served as Chief Operating Officer since May 2015. Prior to that, he was a General Manager.
Shawn holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and is currently working on completing a Doctoral program in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change.
Shawn enjoys hiking with his 2 dogs and is excited to get married next year.

- Received the Energy Star System of the Year Award in 2016 for his leadership in energy use
